In my opinion, capturing the attention of your audience in the first few seconds of a video is the most important goal of a video because that’s essentially when they decide to watch the rest of your video or not.
That’s why I try to use fast cuts or engaging shots in the first 10-15 seconds of a video. In this real estate video, we tried to incorporate the same idea in the beginning of the video. Keep in mind that it doesn’t have to be anything fancy. As long as it’s different and creative, people will notice and appreciate it.
