It is no secret that people are spending more and more time on their phones rather than computers. This applies to your customers as well, so it’s a good idea to create the type of content that your audience is used to watching.

Real Estate Videos with a Twist

In my opinion, capturing the attention of your audience in the first few seconds of a video is the most important goal of a video because that’s essentially when they decide to watch the rest of your video or not.

That’s why I try to use fast cuts or engaging shots in the first 10-15 seconds of a video. In this real estate video, we tried to incorporate the same idea in the beginning of the video. Keep in mind that it doesn’t have to be anything fancy. As long as it’s different and creative, people will notice and appreciate it.

Sauder CLC

I have been working for UBC Sauder library for a few months now. It is a great position as I get to teach my fellow commerce students how to use applications such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro. A problem that I noticed at CLC was the fact that not many students were aware of all the different services that CLC has to offer.

So that’s why I pitched the idea of making promotional videos to Fei, my supervisors at CLC.
